Terms & Conditions

Table reservations made through our website or by phone are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. We recommend arriving a little earlier for larger groups.

For parties of 8 or more, we may ask for a credit card or deposit to confirm your booking.

We understand plans change — please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or amend a reservation, so we can offer the table to someone else.

For private events and large group bookings, cancellation terms will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.

Private events, set menus and exclusive-area bookings are quoted and confirmed on a case-by-case basis. A deposit may be required to secure your date; details will be provided in writing when you enquire.

The content on this website — including our menu, photography and branding — belongs to Fire & Oak Social House and may not be reproduced without permission.

We make every effort to keep our menu, pricing and opening hours accurate, but these may change from time to time without notice. Please confirm details with us directly for anything time-sensitive.

While we take care to provide a great experience for every guest, Fire & Oak is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your visit to the Social House, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
